About our Double Shoulder Holsters:

Double shoulder holsters are essentially converted Deluxe Harness Single Shoulder Holsters where we remove a double magazine holder on one side - replacing it with another shoulder holster module.  Each double shoulder holster includes a double magazine holder in case you would like to convert the holster back into a Deluxe Harness Single Shoulder Holster.  The benefits are that you can carry two guns at one time - or you can carry one gun at a time.  If you choose to use convert the double holster back to a single holster - you can use either of the two holster modules which can be almost any combination.  For instance, suppose you own a Glock 21 and a Glock 27 - you could order a size 3 X 7 double shoulder holster which would enable you to carry a Glock 21 on one side and a Glock 27 on the other side.   If, for some reason, you would rather carry one pistol at a time, you could convert the holster back to a single for carrying either your Glock 21 or your Glock 27 - where you would reattach the double magazine holder on the side opposite the holster.  Also, you can order these holsters in almost any combination.  If you desire a horizontal holster on one side and a vertical holster on the other side - let us know.

Each double shoulder holster includes a deluxe shoulder harness, two holster modules and a double magazine holder (can only be used when the holster is used as a single).  When ordering a double shoulder holster – you will need to identify each handgun (along with barrel lengths) from the holster sizing information.  For example, you might need a double shoulder holster for a Glock 17 and a Springfield XD .45.  In this case – you will need a size 7 X 8.  The size 7 holster is for the Glock 17 and the size 8 holster is for the Springfield XD .45.  The X indicates this is a double shoulder holster and both holsters will be included.  The two holsters can be attached to the harness on either side (left or right) enabling you to carry your Glock 17 on the right with the Springfield XD .45 on the left or you can carry them on the other sides.  The thumb break on our holsters makes this possible – easily moved from the right or left side of the holster – attaching with Velcro. 

Each quality manufactured ProTech Outdoors double shoulder holster includes an outer wall fabric of heavy duty 1200 Denier, water resistant nylon - inner wall has vinyl vapor barriers, soft foam padded liner with soft black nylon fabric.
