FAQ

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: We charge no shipping costs.  All of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to any of the 50 States in the United States.

Q: Do you ship to other Countries?

A:  See our international customers page.

Q: Where can I find the "security code number" for my credit card?

A:  The "security code number" is the last three digits on the back of your credit card.

Q:  Can I get a tracking number for my order?

A:  No, the USPS does not provide normal "tracking numbers".  However, we can give you a delivery confirmation number - but it's primary purpose is to determine when your package was delivered.

Q:  Can I purchase shipping insurance?

A:  No, at this time we don't offer shipping insurance.

Q:  How long does it usually take for my order to arrive.

A:  Most of our customers report that their orders are received within one week or less.  However, we have no control over the speed of the USPS Priority Mail delivery.  The USPS advertises 2 to 3 postal day delivery time using Priority Mail - but they don't promise these delivery times.
